The inauguration, on September 11, 2026 in Bobo-Dioulasso, of a complex of amphitheaters at the Nazi-Boni University, illustrates this will. In front of the students, President Traoré recalled that sovereignty cannot remain a simple slogan: « When we talk about sovereignty, we take action ». For him, these modern infrastructures symbolize the refusal of fate and the determination to invest in the youth, considered one of the main forces of transformation in the country.

This vision goes beyond the education sector alone. Industrialization also plays an important role in this dynamic, with the commissioning of new production units and the promotion of technical sectors. By encouraging young people to train more in the scientific and technical fields, the President intends to prepare a generation capable of producing, innovating and meeting the needs of Burkina Faso.

Thus, despite the constraints linked to the war, efforts were made in several sectors: infrastructure, education, industry and national production. This orientation reflects a desire not to let security difficulties entirely dictate the country’s destiny. Development must continue, even in adversity.
